Alec’s diary continues:

Caught 8.0 a.m. to Bristol thence to London. Hectic work in office clearing up Plymouth work. To Hanwell at 6.0 p.m. Three shops burned out and 450 incendiaries in the area. Mrs Stone okay. No raid that night.
