To Home Guard in morn. took back Jack Bentley’s Clarinet. Played it for a bit on post. Had a go at mending C wire [?]. Went to Bristol in afternoon saw Johnny Claes & Band. Not a very good show. To the Salthouse in evening. Packed in about 8.30 p.m.
